Our ‘Bitesize Improvement Focus’ for Summer 1 2018 is Science.
Our aim is to promote investigation through practical experiments, broad questions and opportunities to explore. We are focusing on developing the use of vocabulary across the Science curriculum and encouraging children to ask questions. We want to enhance children’s curiosity through exploratory and practical activities whilst developing scientific learning that builds on children’s prior knowledge and interests.
During our ‘Bitesize Improvement Focus’ of Science, the children have been taking part in lots of practical experiments. Some children have also attended an after school Science club!
